At isla world, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, all press-on nail sets are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following case:

• The product arrives damaged, defective, or in unusable condition.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing selection

• Normal wear or improper application

• Used or opened products

Reporting a Damaged Item

If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

• A replacement item, or

• A refund, depending on availability.

Items reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
