Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL. isla world GmbH bears the risk of transportation for all shipments.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method and destination, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that during sale periods, processing and dispatch may take longer than usual.
Shipping to Non-EU Countries
Product prices are displayed inclusive of German VAT (19%).
isla world GmbH covers insurance costs and any accompanying documentation. Customs duties, import VAT, and DHL handling fees are not included in the product price and will be invoiced separately by DHL based on the destination country.
