RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers
- Customer assistance
- Packaging and shipping online orders
- Managing appointments
- Visual Merchandise of the shop
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience in retail
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Fluent in English
- Basic understanding of German is a prerequisite
- Interest in nail art and streetwear
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Flexibility in working schedule
